Overcoming Challenges in Life

As a counsellor, psychotherapist and hypnotherapist I can assist and support you with a range of issues, that may not even be listed below. So feel free to call me to discuss your needs, as I am confident, that I will be able to help you, or certainly be able to point you in the right direction.  I also provide home visits for clients who have difficulty getting to medical/therapy practices, due to chronic health conditions such as, age, agoraphobia, or home and work responsibilities.

In addition, I provide successful 4-6 week programs for clients struggling with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (OCD).  

Couples Counselling

I can support you to work together with your partner to improve communication, resolve conflicts and strengthen your relationship. I use the Gottman Method, which is an evidence based approach, that incorporates therapeutic interventions, that will enable you, to develop a deeper connection with your partner.  If you are facing communication difficulties or are gridlocked on a perpetual issue, I can assist you with finding solutions that will benefit the both of you. 

Effectively Managing Stress, Panic Attacks and Anxiety

Sometimes we feel that no one can really understand, how stress and anxiety can become so overwhelming, that it stops us from living our lives to the full. I can help you with up to date, practical techniques, to manage your stress and anxiety symptoms. These new techniques and tools will give you, the confidence to finally move forward within your life, whether this is travelling, finding a new job or direction, or personal and family relationships. 


Relief from Pain

Using counselling and hypnosis is a natural way to find relief from acute and chronic pain. I can assist you, with reducing the effects of these exhausting symptoms, with the aim of helping you, to find comfort and ease on a daily basis. Sometimes we are not aware of how past issues can affect our present physical health. If you think you are stuck and cannot move forward with your physical therapy perhaps now is the time to seek further help.

Finding support and guidance in processing grief, loss and loneliness can sometimes be difficult.  At times we may need someone that can listen and assist us with these difficult emotions, because whether it was someone you loved very much, who has died, or even a relationship that has ended. Grief is a process which is different for everyone, and can be at times even isolating.
